Terms of Service

By accessing or using FeltLive ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

FeltLive is a play-chip poker platform for private home games. The Service allows users to host and join poker rooms using virtual play chips. Gameplay involves no real money, cryptocurrency, prizes, jackpots, or any form of monetary value. Optional paid subscription plans are handled by Stripe and do not affect in-game chip balances.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FeltLive. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You may join private tables by link without creating an account. Hosting a room requires an account. During early access, creating an account unlocks Pro gameplay features for a limited time, including variants, unlimited rooms, and saved live sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for real-money gambling or any exchange of monetary value.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Service or other users' sessions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the Service.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, room caps, or other usage restrictions.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

Play chips have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, or redeemed for real currency. Play-chip balances exist only within the context of a single room session and carry no value outside of it.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Active room state is held in server memory and may be lost during server restarts, deploys, or outages.

We are not responsible for lost game sessions, play-chip balances, or saved data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and retention.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with FeltLive are the property of FeltLive and its operators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeltLive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of play-chip balances, or interruption of service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
